Dr. Katrina Franklin is an educator with over 30 years in education domestic and internationally with a specialization in leadership, business practices, and psychological well-being. She went from being a school secretary to school superintendent (K-12). Her credentials include an A.A. Management, B.B.A./Management, M.Ed./Math & Leadership, and a Ph.D.- Organizational/Industrial Psychology. Mr. Baron Smith has a wealth of knowledge and years of experience working with technology through creating beats, songs, as well as IT. He has an A.A./Business and B.S./Information Technology. The two have been married for 28 years.
